Eulogia of Sparta’s olive oil is produced at a local village out of Sparta named Talanta. Its climate helps the trees grow. Additionally, we thank God who blessed the ground, the olive trees and the Laconic bight. Ground is our canvas and the olives are our paintings. Moreover, sea is the best gift because its aromas hug the olives and the air is fresh and unique. We respect our ancestors who gave us this land as a gift. People in ancient Greece used to harvest olives as their diet was based on them and the olive oil. We never stopped keeping this tradition. We growed in these lands. Olives are our routine.
