Eulogia of Sparta’s Awards on 2015

BiolMiel is an initiative created to award and spread the high quality culture of organic honeys, and to support biodiversity and a production management inspired by social accountability criteria. Eulogia of Sparta’s Heather Honey awarded a Gold Medal and the Thyme Blossom Honey awarded a silver medal on BiolMiel 2015 Awards.

Great Taste, organised by the Guild of Fine Food, is the acknowledged benchmark for fine food and drink. It has been described as the ‘Oscars’ of the food world and the ‘epicurean equivalent of the Booker prize’.
Our Wild Oak Honey, won 3 stars and Thyme Blossom Honey, Organic Honey From Fir and Forest Honey won 2 stars on Great Taste Awards on 2015.

The BIOL Prize dedicated to organic extra virgin olive oils, is a global reference point for the whole of the olive oil sector. Started in Andria, southern Italy, through the initiative of C.I.Bi. and the technical staff of the “Oil and Quality” programme, the highly respected international prize has run since 1996. Every year, more than 300 producers from more than 17 different countries, and from all five continents, submit their best oils. These undergo the rigorous test of the international tasting panels and analyse by qualified laboratories selected by BIOL, to produce a complete reliable and updated overview of the organic olive oil worldwide sector.
So, Ultra Premium Organic Olive Oil won 20^th Intenational Prize.
