Pasta like long noodles, but their side edges reminiscent of beautiful ribbons, ideal for gift wrapping.
Parmesan, easy staff, it can be found anywhere. The Eulogia white truffle oil was pending to be found. You can find it in the centre of Athens and in more gourmet shops.
I finally decided the Eulogia white truffle oil, with a special smell of light moisture, raw garlic, a parmesan idea and an Italian sausage.
Exactly what I was thinking!
I cook the noodles one night, a rainy evening, only two dishes, one for me and one for my special one.
The recipe as per below. Do not hesitate to make it, a small bottle of Eulogia truffle oil, although somewhat expensive can be used many times, since one or two tablespoons or less are enough to give the scent of truffle to several foods and green salads.
Ingredients (for 2 people)
1. boil noodles al dente
2. clean the onion and garlic clove, finely chop and sauté in a frying pan with olive oil, just slightly polish.
3. With a pinch, transfer the pasta to the pan with just a little portion of boiling water.
4. Add two tablespoons of Eulogia truffle oil and mix gently and carefully.
5. immediately serve with a lot of grated parmesan cheese.
