Recipes with heather honey for 4 people
700 g chicken breast fillet cut into strips (2 cm thick)
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
20 chopped tomatoes, in the middle
1 tsp. soup mustard of our liking
1 tsp. soup honey heather
40 ml of lemon juice
2 tsp. soup fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
80 ml of olive oil
salt, freshly ground pepper
In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chicken for about 6 – 7 minutes until it turns brown on all sides. Pour the tomatoes, garlic and salt pepper, and continue the sauté for another 2-3 minutes until they are slightly softened.
In a bowl, mix the honey with the mustard and the lemon and pour the chicken. Gently mix, sprinkle the basil and cook for another 5 minutes until the tomatoes are melted and the chicken. We accompany a green salad and fluffy rice.
